Delivery process
After receiving your order, one of our furniture specialists will contact you to schedule a delivery time and review other important details of the delivery.  Most of the product on our website is available immediately and can be scheduled for delivery as early as two business days.  Out of stock items normally take three to six weeks to be delivered.

Low-Cost Delivery
Excludes pre-owned and cubicle products.

Flat Fee Delivery
Purchases less than $3,000.00 qualify for a $59.00 Flat Rate delivery in our Local Service Area.  Excludes pre-owned and cubicle products.

Local Service Area
Includes the following Minnesota counties:
Hennepin
Ramsey
Anoka
Dakota
Washington

Extended Service Area
Purchases made outside of the Local Service Area require a delivery quote prior to processing an order.  

Dock delivery
In many instances, your building management will only permit large furniture to be delivered through the dock area.  Our delivery manager will coordinate with your building manager to schedule the dock delivery.  

Inside Delivery
Our delivery team will bring the furniture into your building and place it according to your specifications.
In some extreme instances, such as buildings without a freight elevator, additional fees may be assessed.
The Delivery Manager will review the details of delivery with you to determine if there may be an assessed fee.

Clearance Items
All clearance items are pick-up only unless delivery exception is approved by for an additional fee.  Delivery for clearance items require custom quote approval unless total purchase exceeds $3,000 and delivery is within the Local Service Area.
